This Privacy Policy explains how Polydelic AS (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use 9PM, our event-based social platform. Polydelic AS is the data controller responsible for the service.

Information we collect

  • Profile information and content you choose to provide.
  • Events, stories, messages, reactions, and other activity within 9PM.
  • Location information when you give 9PM permission to access it.
  • Device, diagnostic, security, and usage information.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide 9PM and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. When an account is deleted, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized. Messages may be retained in anonymized form so conversations remain understandable to other participants. We may retain limited records for as long as reasonably necessary when required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your 9PM account and associated data in either of these ways:

In the 9PM app

  1. Open 9PM and go to your profile.
  2. Open Edit Profile.
  3. Select Delete User (this deletes your 9PM account).
  4. Review the notice and confirm deletion.

Without access to the app

Email info@polydelic.com with the subject “Delete my 9PM account” and include the email address or username associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

If you are the last administrator of a company or an active event, you must first appoint another administrator. If you cannot do that, email us and we will help you complete the deletion request.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children

9PM is not intended for anyone under 16 years old.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. We will update the date at the top of this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.
